Unless we are occupied with another business matter that we are unable to step away from, we can usually respond to the live chat within a few seconds (occasionally within a couple of minutes). This is a great communication method if you are looking for a quick response. If we are offline, feel free to still leave us a message (just make sure to include your name and email).

We answer all emails within 48 hours (unless otherwise noted). Our usual response time is within a few hours. Always check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting for an email response from us, and don't forget to add us to your safe senders list. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have also checked your junk/spam folder, but still don't have a response, please let us know via the chat or in a text so we can check into it as soon as possible.
